Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EchoBits' services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Software Services

EchoBits provides specialized software development, UI/UX design, and AI implementation services. All deliverables are subject to the specific Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon for each project.

• Provisioning: Services are provided as outlined in the signed project proposal.
• Modifications: Any changes to project scope must be documented via a Change Request form.
• Milestones: We operate on a milestone-based delivery system.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, EchoBits grants the client full ownership of the final deliverables unless otherwise specified in the SOW. EchoBits retains ownership of proprietary internal tools, libraries, and background technology used during development.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are Net-15 from the date of invoice. Late payments may result in the suspension of active development and a service interruption for hosted solutions. For Sri Lankan clients, payments are accepted in LKR via bank transfer.

5. Liability and Warranty

EchoBits provides a 90-day post-launch support period for all custom software projects to resolve any bugs or performance issues. We are not liable for any third-party service outages (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) or damages arising from improper use of the software.
